These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xck44 ("xck44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xck44 website located at xck44.io and all related services, products, features, and content offered by xck44.

By completing the xck44 registration process, by logging into an existing xck44 account, or by using any service available on the xck44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the xck44 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the xck44 platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any individual accessing xck44 services from within Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an active account on xck44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xck44 strictly prohibits access to and use of its services by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of xck44, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the xck44 platform or from gambling services generally.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold only one xck44 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. xck44 uses device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, and payment method tracking to identify duplicate account attempts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual may be closed and outstanding balances may be voided.

When registering a xck44 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and must notify xck44 immediately of any changes by contacting the support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xck44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. xck44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication as an additional layer of account security.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your xck44 account after every session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact xck44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

xck44 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) at any time. Players are required to submit requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

All transactions on the xck44 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xck44 does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the xck44 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your xck44 account instantly in normal operating conditions. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect. xck44 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. This anti-money-laundering policy is non-negotiable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals requested to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within thirty (30) minutes. Card withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete will be held until KYC documents are received and approved.
• xck44 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.
• Funds deposited by a third party will be returned to the original payment source and the account will be subject to review.
• xck44 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's internal processing times.

All bets and wagers placed on the xck44 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and game choices prior to confirmation. xck44 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.

xck44 may void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the relevant sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without a replacement fixture; (b) a technical error results in materially incorrect odds being displayed; (c) there is clear evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns associated with the event in question; or (d) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Casino games on the xck44 platform — including live dealer tables and slot titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules governing individual casino games are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules govern the specific game play, while these Terms govern the xck44 account and payment relationship.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting technical glitches, display errors, or miscalculated odds to place bets at artificially advantageous prices is prohibited.
• xck44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake per bet, the maximum payout per event, and the maximum number of simultaneous open bets at its sole discretion.
• Decisions made by xck44 regarding the settlement of bets are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

xck44 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is active and will specify the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all xck44 promotions unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered. Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless xck44 explicitly states that bonuses may be combined.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated period from the time the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• xck44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or irregular wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• A withdrawal request made while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xck44 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one xck44 account, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Using the xck44 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the xck44 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on xck44.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the xck44 platform or in any third-party game. Any such errors must be reported to xck44 support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward xck44 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any xck44 security, verification, or responsible gaming measure.
• Accessing the xck44 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an xck44 account.

xck44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at xck44.io/privacy-policy. By using the xck44 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by xck44 includes but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact details, device identifiers, IP address, payment method details, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support purposes.

xck44 applies 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xck44 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any xck44 content without the prior written consent of xck44. Scraping, data-mining, or automated extraction of data from the xck44 platform is strictly prohibited.

The xck44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xck44 makes all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, xck44 does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xck44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the xck44 platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, losses arising from technical failures or delays, losses arising from unauthorised account access, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

xck44 does not guarantee that betting odds or casino game outcomes will meet any particular expectation of profit. Gambling involves financial risk, and all players participate at their own risk. xck44's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xck44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or other financial crime activity.
• Collusion, use of automated tools, or any other prohibited conduct affecting the integrity of the platform.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the xck44 Responsible Gaming programme.
• Failure to meet ongoing eligibility requirements, including falling below the minimum age of 21.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xck44 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, the outstanding balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach exists, the outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal within five (5) business days.

Players who wish to close their xck44 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Players requesting self-exclusion under the xck44 Responsible Gaming programme will have their account locked for the period requested, during which no new account may be created.

xck44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xck44 will notify registered players by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the xck44 website and, where the changes are significant, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to the affected account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents panel. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the xck44 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the xck44 platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of fairness and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which xck44 operates. xck44 makes no representation that the services available on the platform are appropriate or lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territory.

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms, or from any transaction or outcome on the xck44 platform, the player should first raise the matter with the xck44 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. xck44 undertakes to respond to formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. xck44's decision on all disputes relating to bet settlements, account balances, and bonus conditions will be final unless an arithmetic or manifest error can be demonstrated.

Players may escalate unresolved disputes to xck44 management by requesting escalation via the support channel. xck44 does not currently participate in a third-party alternative dispute resolution scheme, but reserves the right to do so at a future date as the platform's regulatory framework develops.
